20% discount on all colonies
 
     We will close for our annual winter break at the end of October, and as a special thank you to our customers, we are now offering a 20% discount on all the colonies we have left in stock. Once they are gone that’s it - as we will not be restocking with any more now until the spring.
 
     We close from November to February every year because many of the countries we send stock to have a winter period at this time of year with lower-than-usual temperatures. This makes sending parcels slightly riskier, with a higher chance of loss due to the parcel being exposed to cold conditions along the route. As we aim to supply high-quality colonies in good condition sending colonies this time of year can cause problems/delays due to the weather conditions.  Unlike many other sellers, we put the customer's satisfaction above earning profit. This also works out well for us as it coincides with the cool season in Thailand when we have a lot of extra work on our farm here.
 
     Allowing us time to prepare and pack the colonies the last date for placing any orders will be the 25th October – no later. 
     We will be resuming trade in March.
 
     Please note our minimum order value of 100 UK pounds still applies, and there is no discount on the cost of the postage.
